Founded by a small group of vaping enthusiasts in the heart of Brooklyn, Citi-Line began as a response to a frustrating market. We couldn't find a place that offered both a curated selection of reliable products and the deep technical knowledge to back them up.
Our first storefront was more than just a shop—it was a lab, a lounge, and a learning center. We decided early on that honesty was our best currency. If a product didn't meet our standards, it didn't hit our shelves.
Today, that same philosophy drives us as a national e-commerce destination. We serve half a million people, but we still treat every customer like the one who walked through our door in 2014.
