At City Line Smoke Shop LLC, we are committed to delivering quality products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly assist with a replacement.

Eligible Replacement Cases

A replacement may be requested if:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

Replacement Request Timeframe

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm replacement eligibility

If approved, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used

  • Damage occurred after delivery

  • The request is made after the allowed reporting period
