Cancellation and Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This policy explains when cancellations and returns are allowed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on tobacco, nicotine products, or opened consumable items.

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

• Item is unused and unopened

• Item is returned within 7 days of delivery

• Product is in original packaging and condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Tobacco or nicotine products

• Opened products

• Products showing signs of use

• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
